Industrial Centrifuge Machine

We utilize advanced technology in designing Precision Centrifuge Machines that are widely used to remove very fine particles from a liquid-solid combination. It performs the function using centrifugal force developed by rotating drum at 3000 rpm speed. Due to the high rpm speed, filtration level can be even achieved up to 10 micron. However similar particles may also get removed as the same gets attached to larger particles. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic interlock will ensures that centrifuge cover does not open till the drum comes to complete halt. This provides complete safety through out the operation.

Our high performance Industrial Centrifuge Machines have the following Design Specifications:

• Rotor assembly with Robust Angular contact ball bearings & deep groove ball bearings
• Aluminum graded drum with Buna N rubber inner ring driven by 2HP 4 pole motor through belt drive
• 0.5 HP centrifugal pump will pump dirty liquid to the Centrifuge & output of Centrifuge flows by gravity back to dirty tank.
